We are an ecumenically minded Order based in the Anglican system of Churches.

Saint Francis of Assisi say Love, Humility and Poverty as the main principles of Jesus teaching and life. Jesus life leading the his self offering at his Crucifixion is for Francis, is the central icon of the Love of God for the whole of creation. Francis himself, like Jesus spent much of his short life demonstrating through action and teaching a Biblical way of life which was primarily supporting those who had been disenfranchised by the society around him. Though Francis did have many places to ‘stay’ his life was primarily itinerant, living among the poor and infirm and sharing his life as an icon of God’s love and humility by care.

Through the little we can do, in prayer, and endeavouring to share a simple life, avoiding extravagance and overt power we try to follow as much as we can this focused way of life
